  • Qualifiers (Sept 22 - 30): The 48 teams are split into 3 Groups (A, B, C). Over Week 1 and Week 2, teams face constant promotion and relegation based on performance (e.g., the Top 8 of Group B promote to Group A, while the Bottom 8 relegate to Group C). In Week 3, the final standings dictate their path forward:
    • Group A: Top 4 advance directly to the Grand Finals. #5–#12 proceed to the Semi Finals. Bottom 4 drop to UB Survivals.
    • Group B: Top 4 advance to the Semi Finals. #5–#12 drop to UB Survivals. Bottom 4 fall into LB Survivals.
    • Group C: Top 4 move to UB Survivals. #5–#8 drop to LB Survivals. The Bottom 8 are instantly eliminated.
  • UB Survivals (Oct 1 - 3): 16 Teams play 18 matches over three days. The Top 8 advance to the Semi Finals, while the Bottom 8 drop into the lower bracket (LB Survivals) to fight for their tournament lives.
  • LB Survivals (Oct 4 - 6): The ultimate elimination bracket. 16 Teams play 18 matches. Only the Top 4 survive to reach the Semi Finals; the Bottom 12 are eliminated from the tournament entirely.
  • Semi Finals (Oct 8 - 11): 24 Teams are divided into 3 groups. After 24 intense matches, the Top 8 secure their prestigious Grand Finals tickets. The Bottom 16 are sent to the Last Chance stage for one final opportunity.
  • Last Chance (Oct 12 - 13): 16 Teams fight desperately for the final 4 Grand Finals spots over 12 high-pressure matches, marking the end of the line for the bottom 12 squads.
  • LAN Grand Finals (Oct 16 - 18): The final 16 teams clash live in Hyderabad across 18 matches. Day 3 introduces the thrilling Smash Rule format to officially crown the ultimate champion.
